Accreditation

To get accredited for the Coop Fis Cross Country World Cup 2024 in Oberhof you have to fill in the form available here and send it to us. We will send the accreditation confirmations after the end of the accreditation period (December 31, 2023).

The accreditation office will be located in the Ahorn Hotel "Panorama" in Oberhof (Dr. Theodor-Neubauer-Straße 29, 98559 Oberhof). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Please address any questions regarding accreditation directly to Julia Steinke.

Media center

The media center is located on the middle floor of the Rennsteighaus (Am Grenzadler 7, 98559 Oberhof).

Hot and cold drinks and food are available in the media center during opening hours. There is also a television in the Media Center where you can watch the competitions. There are no score monitors in the Media Center. We offer W-LAN connections for your laptops. You can find the access data in the Media Center.

Parking lots

Media parking is available at the parking lot Am Grenzadler directly at the Arena am Rennsteig. There is a shuttle service from your hotels to the Arena am Rennsteig. Transportation between Frankfurt Airport and the hotels can be arranged. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact the person responsible, Ralf Kühn. There is also a shuttle service from the media parking lot to the competition venue. The shuttle service office is located at the Ahorn Hotel Panorama Oberhof, Dr. Theodor-Neubauer-Straße 29, 98559 Oberhof.

Information for photographers

The photographers' workstations are located in the Media Center (Am Grenzadler 7). Photo positions and routes are shown on the Access Zone map (4). You may only take photos in places where you will not interfere with the live broadcast of our host broadcaster. Special requests must be clarified with the media coordinators in the media center.

The photo briefing will take place on Thursday at 5.30 pm in the media center. Photo bibs available in the Media Center after the photo briefing. The photo bibs must be worn for the entire duration of the stay in the event area and especially during the races. A deposit of €20 per bib must be paid, which will be refunded when the race number is returned after the event. Please return the bibs no later than one hour after the end of the last event. Make sure you have the deposit with you. Photographers must also choose their shooting locations carefully on the course so that they do not interfere with the TV cameras or cover any advertising banners on site. Please follow the instructions of the security staff. Ceremonies can be photographed from the photo grandstand at the finish line. Access to the finish area is not possible.
