Accreditation

To get accredited for the Coop Fis Cross Country World Cup 2024 in Oberhof you have to fill in the form available here and send it to us. 

The accreditation office will be located in the Ahorn Hotel "Panorama" in Oberhof (Dr. Theodor-Neubauer-Straße 29, 98559 Oberhof). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Please address any questions regarding accreditation directly to Julia Steinke.

Media center

The media center is located on the middle floor of the Rennsteighaus (Am Grenzadler 7, 98559 Oberhof).

Opening hours:

Thursday, 18th of january 2024: 11:00 am until 06:00 pm

Friday, 19th of january 2024: 8:30 am until 08:00 pm

Saturday, 20th of january 2024: 8:30 am until 08:00 pm

Sunday, 21st of january 2024: 8:30 am until 08:00 pm

Hot and cold drinks and food are available in the media center during opening hours. There is also a television in the Media Center where you can watch the competitions. There are no score monitors in the Media Center. We offer W-LAN connections for your laptops. You can find the access data in the Media Center.

Parking lots

Media parking spaces are available at the "Grenzadler" car park, directly in front of the Rennsteighaus. Parking permits are available from the accreditation office.

Information for photographers

The photographers' workstations are located in the media centre (Am Grenzadler 7). Photo positions and routes are indicated on maps displayed in the media centre. Photographs may only be taken in places where photographers will not interfere with the live transmission of our host broadcaster. Photographers must also choose their shooting locations carefully on the route so that they do not interfere with the TV cameras or cover up advertising banners on site. Please follow the instructions of the security staff. 

Special requests must be clarified with the media coordinators in the media centre. 

Armbands for photographers and videographers will be issued at the media centre for a deposit of 10 euros. They must be worn at all times while on the event site and especially during the races.
