- November 2023: Information event for TSV clubs
- 03.12.2023: Kick Off event for all helpers LL-World Cup in Oberhof
- December 2023: Issue of accreditation

After assigning helpers and transferring them to the helpers management of the LOC, you will receive a password-protected access for further job-related information.
